Preparation

Participating in the Zandvoort Light Walk is not only fun, it is also very healthy! Before, during, and after the event, however, it is important to pay close attention to some useful tips to enjoy the walking event in a responsible way.

Read these tips carefully, but always be aware that during sports activities you are primarily responsible for your own health. For example, if you have a feverish illness (>39 degrees) in the week of the Zandvoort Light Walk, do not participate in the walk. Click here for more information about exercising with the flu.
