When emergency strikes at sea or along the coast, the volunteers of KNRM Zandvoort are always on their way – no matter the weather. Day and night, 365 days a year, the rescuers of KNRM are ready to deploy when someone gets into trouble. They do this quickly, professionally, and free of charge, because these rescue operations are fully funded by donations and gifts. Without the support of people like you, they cannot perform their vital work.

That is why we are walking this year during the Zandvoort Light Walk for KNRM Zandvoort. During this special event, in which thousands of walkers experience the magic of light and togetherness, a light is also literally shone on KNRM's mission: saving lives at sea. Every step taken contributes to their rescue mission – from fuel for the lifeboat Annie Poulisse to the maintenance of equipment and training of volunteers.
 
The KNRM is more than just emergency services; it is a community of commitment, courage, and humanity. By supporting KNRM, you do not only support the rescuers of today, but also the safety of tomorrow. Together, we ensure that everyone can safely enjoy the sea – whether you are walking along the coast, swimming in the surf, or sailing on open water.
